We at Bada Business Private Limited (“or BBPL or Company'') are committed to serve our
customers better everyday.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers
happy. We stand behind our services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll work
with you to make sure you’re taken care of, but from time to time we may not be able to
accommodate a refund.
This policy is applicable to all our products & services (“Courses / Programs”) except
Entrepreneurs' Launch Pad or Bounce Back or B2B Services or any other event services.
When you (“or customer”) makes a token / advance payment / money against a product
or service or (“course”), he or she can get his full money refund within the first 30 days of
payment, no questions asked.
When In case such 30 days, as mentioned above, has passed and an advance payment
/ token money received by BBPL can only be adjusted towards any product or services
offered by the company i.e. No Refund will be made after 30 days of making an advance
/ token payment till 90th days of making such advance / token payment.
When in case such 90 days have passed, every advance payment shall be forfeited by
the company.
After invoicing of the product / services (or Course), anyone can claim a refund within 5
Days.
After passing of 5 Days (from Invoicing), you (“or customer”) can exchange the product or
services in the form of a course (or courses) with a product of same value or of higher
value till 30 days of invoicing from such date.
After 30 days have passed from the date of invoicing, you (“or customer”) cannot make a
claim for the said amount.
